You may think a place as remote as Broken Hill would be somewhat of a ‘pub grub hub’, but like a lot of things out here, looks can be deceiving. A melting pot of cultures since its silver rush beginnings, Broken Hill is home to a food scene that rivals Australia’s established cultural capitals.
